Explore Sweden is an incredible experience. We have discovered this country during our road trip from Kiruna to Stockholm. It was at the end of summer, but autumn was already latching, the leaves were already orange and red and breeze colder and the nights longer.

On the way, we discover what it was the most incredible part of our trip, the Skuleskogen National Park. This park the perfect way to connect with nature. It was just beautiful. You can walk, climb or just sit at the pier and listen the relaxing sound of the ocean. There are some lovely cottages perfect for a romantic sleepover. At evening, we gather around a bond-fire and enjoyed a beautiful autumn sunset, toasting marshmallows and laughing at old memories.

Our visit Skuleskogen National Park define exactly what exploring means. Braving into the Sweedish nature we walked almost 15km that day. And the paths are endless. We constantly felt lost in a maze with every path promising to take us to another breath-taking spot.

The park is mainly composed of cliffs. Maps are available at the entrance and right off the batch you already notice how big and rich the park is. One of the greatest features of the park is climbing the Slåtterdalskrevan Canyon. The view from up there was exquisite and it's totally worth the difficult way up.

We loved every second, especially the landscapes, the feeling of freedom, and being alone in such a beautiful place. Skuleskogen National Park has the perfect balance between spirit and body. Walking. Watching. Thinking. We felt a little more like locals, like real Swedish. Enjoy simple things, such as hiking and respecting what earth is giving us. Sweden has definitely left us in absolute awe.

The Skuleskogen Park was really the greatest day of this journey, During our tenure, we delighted ourselves with their delicious food, like the tube sauce, coffee grains and canel rolls. We have enjoyed the simple pleasures of life like appreciating the landscape, eating good food and breathing fresh air. And the Swedish people were so friendly and receptive, making our experience even more pleasant. We truly enjoyed the beauty of this country and we couldn't recommend it more. Yes, we can surely say, Sweden, we love you and be sure we come again to discover other wonders you have to show.
